I am currently a master’s student in the Yorkville University Counselling Psychology Program. I am pleased to be completing my practicum at PearlSpace Support Society where I am qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

I believe counselling can be beneficial for anyone who is interested in personal growth. I strive to empower my clients though supportive, non-judgemental, collaborative counselling services. My background is in the biological sciences, so I approach my work holistically, recognizing the connection between mind and body. I am particularly interested in helping clients improve their sense of self, relationships, and well-being, addressing topics such as managing stress or anxiety, relationship quality, and past adverse experiences. I am personally drawn to person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy that incorporates mindfulness. My approach will be tailored to the needs, preferences, and goals of the client.
